This is truly ushering in the beast system in a way that many don’t even realize. This is why I have noticed over the last 5-6 years that Walmart has been moving away from a human-centered customer service experience toward a cold, lifeless shopping experience. There are no more friendly Walmart greeters and trying to find someone to help you has been reduced to nearly zero. Terri everything that you mentioned about this evil system is true.
